Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • Before Delivery: – 
    • Cancellation is free if requested with in 24 hours of placing the order of before1 working days of the dispatch date. 
    • Cancellation on the same day of dispatch will incur 15% fee of the total order value. 
    • Cancellation after dispatch will incur 30% fee.
  • After Delivery:- Once the plants have been delivered, cancellations are not accepted. Customers must refer to the replacement policy if they have any issues with the delivered plants.

Replacement Policy:

  • Time Frame: Customers must report any damaged or defective plants within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence Required: Customers should provide photo evidence of the damage or defect when requesting a replacement.
  • Full Replacement: Damaged or defective plants reported within the 24-hours window of delivery of the plant will be eligible for a complete replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized plant orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective plant.
  • Customer Negligence: Refunds or replacements will not be provided for plants that deteriorate due to improper care by the customer after delivery .

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer refunds. However, in the event of damage or defect reported within 24 hours, full replacement will be provided.
